Anyone else having trouble connecting to the servers for the event? This happened right after the Plarium Play update. Was able to get it to crash and connect right after once, but most of today it is has been giving us the "no-wifi" logo of doom at the top so we can't connect to the events :-(
This happens to me. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Yeah, sounds like the Plarium Play update may have messed with the connection. Plarium recommends resetting the cache first, since an update can leave the client out of sync with the game server.
The connection issue during an event can be especially frustrating when the rest of the game appears to work normally. It would be helpful to know the device and game version, whether other online features are affected, and if restarting the game or switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data makes any difference.
