the game has not been installing since Sunday, installation/update and over and over again and then it sends me to support, I'm lvl 21 and I don't have access to the game 

My primary laptop crashed.  I am playing on another better laptop that I want to resume my game. 

I also still have the game on my tablet, but do not want to open it because it is not up to date with my dead laptop's progress.

What should I do ?  I don't want to lose my progress.

If your game was connected to Plarium Play, simply log into your Plarium Play account on your new laptop.

If not, please reach out to the support team. They can check your game account in their database and assist you further.

Given your situation, the best option is to reach out to the support team. Since your primary laptop crashed and your tablet’s game isn’t up to date, they are the ones who can check your account and advise on how to proceed without risking your progress.

I recommend not opening the game on your tablet until you’ve contacted them, to avoid any potential syncing issues.

After a while, playing on PC is inconvenient, and I end up not playing as much. If I play on mobile, I can play basically anywhere, anytime.

I get that! Everyone has their own preferences. Your point about being able to jump in anywhere is spot on. At the same time, the PC version offers a completely different experience. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts!
