🌃 👀 When G-Lock agreed to sell his soul and work for Rosa, it came with a generous paycheck. While he resisted spending the money for several years, he finally lost the battle when he spied Site 313. Originally designed to be the location of luxury apartments, the ground was deemed structurally unstable and auctioned off. When G-Lock was scrolling through and saw it, for the first time in years, he felt inspired. G-Lock bought Site 313 and immediately got to work.

When G-Lock poured his savings into Site 313, a piece of land on the outskirts of New Seattle, his friends were concerned. But they didn’t need to worry. G-Lock started leasing Site 313 out as an Arena and founded Oasys - a program for former offenders focused on reintegrating them into society. Or at least, that’s what he tells people. Oasys’ true function is more retaliation than rehabilitation. G-Lock instead teaches them to be better criminals. And with a handy supply of Weapons and Mechs, courtesy of the MAL, there’s no better training ground.

Since founding Oasys, G-Lock has brought the recidivism rate within his group of former inmates down by 23%. With the new skills he’s taught them, they don’t get caught as often. When the Site 313 Arena isn’t hosting battles, he runs drills, teaches them how to operate new Weapons and hones their fighting strategies. Over time, what were inexperienced felons, have become respectable criminals. G-Lock is proud of the family atmosphere he’s managed to create, although it hasn’t filled the gaps left by his beloved Andsaca gang.

Almost everyone has bought into G-Lock’s fraudulent charity, Oasys, headquartered at his Site 313 Arena. They even recently attracted a new sponsor. NextGN is a global leader in cybernetics who personally funds modifications to the Pilots. When they came on board, G-Lock couldn’t believe his luck. What he doesn’t know is that Rosa is a silent investor in the company. While she’s secretly proud of what G-Lock has accomplished, she also keeps a wary eye on his growing army of mercenaries. Should they ever turn against her, she’s ready to crush them.
