Hi, my account has been temporarily suspended. During today's update I received a large amount of credits which was great. Now I can't access my account. What is going on?

Those of us who have migrated from WR are obviously concerned about your introuduction of Pilots...We have wittnessed and experienced the 'GATCHA' format. While profits are a priority, I hope you consider the "arc" of your profit making approach. Introduction of purchaseable items will be a benefit in the short run but  a more friendly approach will encourage 'beta' players to stick around. BUT..Money talks and Bull Sh*$ walks....

Really apprecaite your feedback.  During the games BETA we listened to our player base about pilots as there was BIG concerns over other games and their GATCHA (random stats) drops within similiar features.

The main difference is that YOU will choose/customize what you want and don't want with the pilots abilities vs being given a random stat and hoping it is a good once.  Additionally, certain pilots will be easily obtainable for F2P players so they are not left behind.

In some other veraion will the clans be added to the mech arena?

I thought the matchmaking is fixed but recently i found out that my opponents are overpowered they are between 3500-4500power range and me just at 2000 i find that realy unfair and annoying pls fix tq

Btw when will the BP(battle pass)drop I'm really excited

When will pilots come and also pls fix the matchmaking i am at 80,000 exp i need 20k exp for zhephr but still i get people with zhephyr which is not fair if its cpc or 5v5 kr 2v2 i can just quit the match but if its tourney i lose a ticket just because of matchmakinh🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This issue should have been fixed, Pilot. Please confirm that. Speaking of the Credits received, the team is working hard to fix the consequences of this bug.
