Every time I submit a ticket about this issue they respond with "certain features are marked for random clients." I made 4 test accounts to test this statement and all 4 had access to the ad system. It's not random. There must be a demographic that excludes certain players from earning credits and acoins through ads.

Also for a few weeks i took a break from Mech arena and wen I logged back in I got a welcome back reward of about 250,000 credits.
