Several things for the devs to consider

Several suggestions (not sure if any of those were given bofore, as I'm quite new to this dsc channel):

1. There should be a power based match making. Power should be divided by the number of mechs in one's hangar. So hangar with one 2k power mech in NOT equal to hangar with four 500 power mechs.

2. Paying should be focused around quality of life and cosmetics rather than gear progression. The game would benefit from adding payed emotes, sounds, animations, kill explosions, weapon and bullet skins, avatars, avatar borders, etc. Prices of gear should be lowered then or resources gained should be higher.

3. Rise the HP of all the mechs by a serious percent, even up too 100% to prioritise strategic play more than one-shooting the enemy from behind cover.

4. Add mechanics that work in a rock-paper-scissor way - mech A countering mech B but weak to mech C. At this point there are only different ways of abusing power creep of gear progression.

5. Achievements should really mean something awarding titles or avatar borders rather than giving a tiny amount of resources like 5000 credits.

6. Add maps that are unique, not like the current CPC maps with 3 points and 1 in between. Why not triangular placement of the cap points for example? 

7. Maps should have at least 2 levels and be much wider to allow more strategic play instead of being an actual gear check (stronger builds win over skilled players)

8. Add actual useful support mechs and reward playing a supporter role rather giving points based on number of kills and incetivise team play rather than kill stealing.

9. Add more unique weapons and mechanics rather than another pew pew weapon with different colour of bullets. Healing weapons, granades, artillery dropping puddles of acid, you name it. No more auto aiming weapons (don't even think about adding drones) or AoE weapons wiping entire teams in one salvo!

10. Allow better UI customization - let us change solours and sizes of enemy indicators (on some maps the tiny red triangle indicator over the enemy is really hard to spot), visible enemy and ally health bar (on/off) for easier target choosing/healing ally

11. Events should be build around playing more not around buying stuff.

12. Add a small reward for each win or mvp - I'm sure 1 acoin/100 credits for each would help the overall economy.

13. Let us exchange blueprints we don't need for other blueprints (for example 2 juggernaut bps for 1 lancer bp) or upgrade them a rank higher (5 common juggernaut bps for 1 uncommon killshot bp)

14. Stop adding events working like a slot machine. We want to know what we are buying/paying for rather than getting a chance to obtain something. 

15. Add more game modes like capture a flag, free for all, pve boss fight or a mario cart style race with obstacles and weapons specific to that mode

16. Add more variety to mechs - recent addition are just a mix of already existing skills. Stalker is just a Brickhouse with a twist, Tengu is Killshot and Surge in one. What more? New Juggernaut that heals himself over time? New Ares giving shield to all the surrounding players? Come on, you can do better!

17. Rotate the tournament hours - right now tournaments end at 4-5 am for Central Europe. We can't make a final push if we lose our ranking just before the tournament ends. The most intense battles are when we are asleep! If one heat would last an hour or two less it would make a perfect rotation that wouldn't hurt anyone.


There is so much stuff to tweak here (bugs, matchmaking, etc) but I named just several, kinda overlooked things, from the top of my head. Just listen to the community, work with us, so we can create a great game/environment TOGETHER. Show us you support, not just empty words (that often turn out to be complete lies, like "pilots will never take over skill" things).

Like most of these except a couple things. Like monetization not focused on progressing faster. That's like the only thing keeping players paying if they're not at a literal advantage. And we shouldn't let just p2p get quality of life that just makes it pay to have fun.

The other is rock paper scizors. The game then gets boring and repetitive because of how simplified it is. A good player knows the strengths and weaknesses of their opponent's builds vs theirs and takes advantage of them.

just no to free for all. not in a game with p2w issues. number 12 won't help anything lol. we don't need stupid emotes and avatar borders/skins. why would i pay for such useless trash? some of the other stuff i agree with. pve boss fight would be cool but i highly doubt it'll happen. as for mech skins weapon skins if they were a reasonale price but 15 bucks for a skin yea no

What you are calling kill stealing is in fact teamplay. Your perception of having a kill stolen is in fact just teamplay where you didn't get the final hit to kill.


I largely agree with what you're saying on other points but you basically want the game to be almost completely remade and we know that isn't going to happen.
