If He don't Save His Progress, Yes! ;) Possible Facebook or Plarium Account. Let Him Play Robocraft or Crossout on PC because This Game Sucks.

As mentioned, if he didnt link his account then its possible his progress will be lost if you try reinstalling the game.
Have you tried rebooting the tablet?
