hi, i jsut downloaded bluestacks 5 because 4 had some problems. 

i logged in with the same google account but the game gave me a full new mech arena account. 

i want to regain access to my old one since i spend a considerable ammount of time playing it and a considerable ammount of money on it. if not possible i would want a full refound on all my in-game purchases
