HUGE BUG IN MY RESOURCES!

Hello managers of the game and fellow pilots

I just encountered a grave problem in resources calculation...i need it to be resolved

I just bought disc launcher 8 today ....loved it but noticed a serious depletion in my credits....from 1.87 million to 44688 ...while it just costs 828000 credits

Also it depleted my acoins unnecessarily...from 12473 to merely 719 acoins!

I'm seriously enraged....but i believe my problem could be solved

Please managers....look further into my matter and compensate me for the same

How about you delete this and put it in the appropriate place? There is an entire sub-forum for reporting bugs. Before you go off on a rainy, post in the appropriate place please.

Sorry mate I'm not sure I understand your question?

Anything regarding paying for something and things going wrong should be handled through the games support and contact. The forums are only for discussions.

Btw , do u have any idea how much time they take to respond? ...i got only one automated response that my complaint has been submitted

I usually get a response withing 3-5 business days.

@ToonNinja - It won't let you start a new thread in the bug report section, and the two topics are just locked. As I happen to have one where my robot sinks into the platform in the current HEAT and just stays there. But I don't believe they take bug reports here on this forum at all.

OMG I just registered for the discord bug server, since yeah the bug reports are disabled on the forums, It's basically public chat, so yeah post all your private details on it for everyone else to read, the bug I reported is already there from another user, - slow post mode is enabled, so I could not add anything and have to wait for another 55 seconds to attach my screenshot - it's basically a trash bucket version of the corporate product Slack and I don't think anyone for any reason reads any of it.

Man that sucks... I hope someone reaches out and sorts your problem. I had a look on the Plarium career board last night and .... Well.... To say there are a few important job roles available would be an understatement. It also doesn't help that redundant office jobs still require the candidate to be in the Ukraine, Israel, or Russia. Seems like they are severely limiting their potential employee resource pool.

Ah Ukraine/Russia (I happen to be born there albeit being a US Citizen), Skilled Labor Costs are low, and most of the younger generation a english fluent, at least internet english fluent. 

I do web development projects with people from there, the salary level of a clued IT person is abysmally low compared to the USA, especially if outside of places like Kiev and Moscow where the cost of living is definately closer to western europe, emea, americas etc. 

If a vanity website project with a full backend can be had from Yekaterinburg or Lviev for in or around $1000 USD and the most elite developers in Major cities have rates of under $30-$40 USD per hour (which translates well into their local currency and a good lifestyle) then this is why the hiring is primarily done in those locales. 

I also suspect the secondary reason may be that the lead development/company culture and management may be communicating in Russian (a lot of Isralies speak it - maybe even the company founders) so it may be that guidlines and edicts for future dev may be typed out in Russian - and so knowing it is the only way to onboard less senior staff. 

P.S. This also explains why the game has Russian enabled and I thought to myself what an odd choice of a language to make sure is supported in the game... This explains a whole ton, since I'm fluent in Russian, I'll try that approach to escalating issues, maybe get more milage.
