While kills are helpful in Capture Point Clash it appears your oppenets held more points longer and reached 100 points first.  If it was deathmatch you probably would have won.

The current system is weird. Clash is much harder than deathmatch to get wins. Due to having to hide from bots because they ALL stop what they're doing and target you. Clash has bigger and more open maps so it seems to be harder. 

There's a few maps I can't even make it to certain capture points because you get targeted by 3-4 bots that never miss and you'll get melted before even getting near where you're suppose to capture. It's annoying 

That is a complete lie. I nearly play Capture 10x more than I play TDM or 2v2. Not only can I have more kills and more points, my win loss ratio is absurd. I probably only lose 1 out of 5 games and that's being generous.

What map could you not possible win on and think it's unbalanced? If you are getting hit by multiple bots, don't you think MAYBE your play style isn't suited to capture. Seriously man... What you are complaining about is diving and losing.

Also, besides the new battle pass, I haven't spent a single dollar on this game.
