I mostly never had seen a Minigun ECR lately. Not only miniguns, many Heavy Duty weapons (except for suppressor) hasn't come on an ECR, hoping to get the other weapons soon through ECRs

There's definitely been minigun ECRs because I have a couple of variants (which I would not have taken from the gear hub :-) ) but I agree it's been a while since then. One thing to note is that the weapon is heavily dependent on implants. So depending on your SP be sure to invest in the implants when you can.
