Why can Storm Racks damage and kill you when they don't even come close to you? Of course I don't have a video showing it, but numerous times Storm racks damage you thru walls and other objects and when they don't even explode anywhere near you. What is up with that?

and that's called damage radius, with an implant it can cover just over 9 metres so if you're within 9 metres of where it fires then you take damage,

I know about damage radius, but for damage radius to damage you, it's suppose to be within that radius for the missiles to hit something. If they don't hit anything, you shouldn't get damage. And damage radius shouldn't go through walls.
Most people shoot Storm Racks on the floor a little behind the mech to deal radius damage. Damage radius can work if someone shoots on the floor near you and you MUST get damage for it (I don't understand why DLs got nerfed for using radius to hit enemies behind cover). After the reload implant nerf, Storm Racks are not commonly used in most matches
And ig no stormrack player can abuse radius damage by shooting thru walls, walls would block both projectile and radius. But when players shoot near the edge of a wall, the radius can still get you
