I have recently installed the game (at June 22) through the beginner link which gives the Surge mech along with Revoker 8s and other rewards. I have also redeemed the promo code "GRASSHOPPER" on the same day itself. Then yesterday, I tried to redeem WARTEX, but the game said: "Sorry, this Promo Code can only be redeemed once" but I hadn't redeemed the code at all. I thought that it was a bug and checked my Inbox to look for the promo code message but it didn't came. I thought that WARTEX got expired, and tried to redeem CHILLBOT and the same issue persisted. No mechs, no credits, no a coins, no rewards! Please fix this problem and give me my rewards back!
