...the ban lifted itself but I am really not sure how it came to be in the first place, I hardly post on here...

i think it happens if you quote somebody who quoted you.. it duplicates your message making it look like a spam. Thats why im gone from the forum, im chatting but i have no serious intentions its just for fun.. i dont plan to achieve anything with my messages anymore, they dont care what we say, im here to moan for the sake of moaning. If i get banned tomorrow thats expected.

Funny I've fought someone in-game with the same name as you. Is it a reference to something? 

It just seems to be certain words or phrases. I won't say them here for obvious reasons

Hey uh so I (PogsterPlays, this is an alt) made this post and then randomly became banned for spam 3h ago for no reason. Could you unban be as well pls? :3

Thanks again. Assuming there is no easy fix to this auto-ban problem, is it possible to at least clear the ban history? Having been auto-banned so many times, the default ban time is now 1 year even though none of the bans were legitimate.

Normally I would not bother because in the past Support was responsive and I was unbanned typically within 3 or 4 days. However lately they have been very unresponsive.. either not responding at all, or responding with redundant messages (such as asking to describe the problem again, after which there is again silence). In this latest ban instance, it was even worse. Support came back with a message that they have carefully reviewed my case and the ban from game chat is valid. Since I was not banned from game chat, I don't know what the careful review was. And after I clarified, sadly again there has been silence.

Having just come off a week long auto-ban, I am a bit gobsmacked as to the reason why I got auto banned was.

Night Fury, are you able to shed some light please as the notification just says "spamming" but that is definitely not what I was doing, was merely posting a reply in a thread (name escapes me now) on how to best save up acoins - I remember Tar posted in it too.

Welcome back :-). Given the number of times I've been banned one would think I've figured out the pattern by now. But I see no pattern. I've been banned for short and long messages, messages with and without links, quotes and no quotes, and various other combinations.

Thank you:) I have some suspicions but would rather Night Fury or another mod looked into it and cleared it up, rather than me speculating, however close I might be ;)

Would you be able to check the exact reason for my ban please? It said spam but my post was short so hardly spam.

I have an idea to a possible reason, but im not sure about it. So I'd ask the CMs or Support about what triggers the spam ban from the system.

@IronNevaLies , if you do hear back from Support, please share here. Every time I have asked Support (which is almost every time I've logged a ticket to unban me :-) ) I've not gotten any info.
