I call the police: Someone broke into my house and robbed me at gun point.

MA CS: Did they take anything?

Me: Yes, I just said I was robbed.

MA CS: Was the stuff in your house?

Me: Yes, I just said they broke in.

MA CS: Did they take anything from a safe or lockbox?

Me: No, just my wallet and other valuables I had out.

MA CS: Sorry, since it was just out or on you, they were just waiting to be taken. We won't do anything unless they used another device to open a safe or somthing.

Me: They used a gun to threaten me.

MA CS: Did you try and take the gun away?

Me: No, I didn't want to get shot.

MA CS: Well again, you did nothing to try and stop it, so they got your stuff fair. It's just how the system is. Have a nice day. 

They hang up on me.
