How Hemlock SHOULD HAVE been nerfed
Hemlock definitely needs a nerf, the infinite lockdown is a total and obvious game breaker. However Plarium is not doing it correctly...
1. Hit box area needs adjustment: too many games where I've hidden behind an obstacle, and the ECM shot still gets me. If the wall is not thick enough and my mech with a distance behind the wall, I will still get dazed. The ECM shot should be treated like a bullet, if it hit an obstacle and not the mech, the effect should not trigger.
2. Missed ECM shot cooldown: why does Hemlock have this? It's the main ability trait that lets Hemlock spams this ability and locks everyone down. Players can't even try to get close to Hemlock after dodging the ECM shot.
The main point would be the remove infinite lockdown, and give the opposing players a reasonable time window to counterattack Hemlock for missed ECM shots.
