stay calm friend.. you can't do anything.. they ban you even if you say hello.. forget it... play and pretend nothing happened. but above all don't spend money on a game where you can't freely talk about being banned, it's disrespectful to you... they know you're right... but forget it, it's not worth it... they ban everyone, and they don't give valid explanations, in fact sometimes you get banned even if you're right, or you didn't say anything, just said hello and asked what time it is...., once I helped answer a player who had asked a question.. I helped him and the next day I was banned, don't take it personally, respect doesn't exist for people here.

I keep getting banned for the same reasons. As RcFs200 says, nothing is respected here. A company that changes their rules so they can ban you for calling them "s.h.a.d.y" or other non aggressive yet truthful words only proves those words towards them are correct. Trust isn't something to have with this company.
