What's the best aim assist for Storm racks and railgun use. I see ruFFles blast people with Storm rack AOE and even beat revoker mechs. What aim assist he uses to do that? I use the default one, it's good for Snipers but when I use Storm racks it targets the mech and I can't seem to use AOE dmg as effectively.
u can use the second one, but its harder for sniper, the third is usable for both but not as well as the first and second
The pros are really good at switching between aim assist modes mid-game depending on what weapons they're using. I'm terrible at that, and since I have storm racks in my squad I stick to "minimal assist" permanently. It makes using sniper weapons and assault weapons harder, but not impossible, and so far I'm doing okay.
By the way, minimal aim assist also helps with nade and cryo launchers AOE.
