Hey Drew, just been reading through these forums since the game has been sending the pop up to join the forums for possible gift oportunities. 95% of the player base seems or from what I'm reading at least are very unhappy with the way things are going. 

question to you. Do you feel like the Pricing of everything is fair in compared to the average gaming market?

I've definitely dropped some cash to be part of the problem (pay to win player) locked in some legendary Mechs and Weapons. I get it phone games are a massive cash grab on micro transactions. which I do agree with the community the content pricing is outragous to be honest. it will shorten my time of interest playing this game. The chest never reward weapons or mechs just blue prints. you have to pay to play. worst part about Phone Based Games. no balance. I'd rather go play console or other computer games that actually care about the fairness to the community. Console and computer maintain balance and use the sell of skins to get the cash grab from their community. very clear issue when half these forums are players pleading for this company to hear them and threatening to go whatever length to ruin the name of the game that has such great potential because of unfair game play. I mean throw 80 bucks at the game and you're not doing bad. (after spending that much all I think is - could have got a console or computer game with added content for this price and played to unlock content rather than need to pay even more to unlock content) would have bought a lot more but morally can't settle with the pricing of everything. I say morally because it's too much and I don't want to support trying to pick words carefully here but it's greed. why not just go for selling quantity over heavy load for one set of weapons? drop the prices significantly for everything where the entire player base can actually buy and participate. this would fix so much of the complaining and anger that is being projected into these forums. Not just the epics like you're next update is say. everything needs to be lowered. Also I don't like how every time I open the game I have to close 12 screens of overpriced content I have zero interest in see because I know it's not even close to a fair deal. the only thing that I feel is a legit and worthy buy is the season passes. PLEASE stop the pop ups. so annoying.

Do you actually think it's fair that new players can't get mod till mechs are rank 6? because you said a small amount in another forum have mods. when i've experience most players i've been against especially in tournment have mods with mech lower than rank 6. not to mention I'm fairly certain that i've been again a number of bots with mods with mech lower rank than 6? I do find that rather interesting on your tactics.

last thing. Event Contest and tournment how are you placed? seems impossible to actually get top 3 in these things. unless you're dumping enough money to buy a house.

All being said the game play itself is very fun and I have still enjoyed playing even with the frustration of all these very clear issues.
