Good to know that I'm not the only one seeing that problem.

It happened once to me. It went into "spectator mode", and I couldn't get out of it.

Yeah simila rissue occurred to me not too long ago where it said our team was wiped when I had 3 mech left.  The one I put a link to wasn't an issue I had encountered yet.
