Hello! It looks like the reason for an issue here is not the so-called paid Content (that will be available for in-game Resources eventually), but the Matchmaking issues. We're continuously enhancing our Matchmaking system. While it may occasionally have hiccups due to our adaptable balance and attempts by some to exploit it, rest assured we're actively devising solutions to prevent such occurrences!

In the meantime, we suggest tweaking your Hangar a bit and teaming up with friends whose SP is similar to yours. Give Matchmaking a try with these adjustments!

oh Drew c'mon you've been repeating the same lines for 3 years now. You guys were killing it 3 years ago, now it's an overcomplicated disaster. Upper management should be ashamed of blatantly shoving new content at underage monsters who will not quit until they get their money for some weapon which will be rendered useless within 2 months. I've just never seen such a tone deaf company who treates their loyal players like addicts. Once you get em hooked then you go for the 'personalized' deal that makes you believe you're getting this great fantastic weapon or bot only to come to the realization that you've been scammed. And Drew, please don't answer because I've heard it a million times 

Updating the AI system is not enhancing the mm system,  it's killing it! Bots ruin every bit of fun this game had. I get that bots need to be there for games that don't have a big enough community to fill lobbies, they don't need to be programmed to be shady though. I'm convinced that the last 2 "matchmaking tests" were actually AI training for the updated AI system that showed up afterwards with NO other mm improvements or "enhancements" .. the bots were the only thing that changed after these so called mm tests. 

Hello! We are trying to come up with new Mechs and Weapons considering the game balance aiming not to create something too overpowered. At this moment, everything must perform well within its Grade: you can meet a lot of Surges and Eclipses, which were released quite a long time ago, successfully dealing with Outlaws or Seekers. Having good skills, team play, and tactics, even non-Legendary Mechs can make some noise (like, come on, everybody knows that I'm still jamming Paragon, lol).

Besides, it's absolutely possible to have fun and enjoy the game without spending - surely, the progress goes slower, and it takes much more time to obtain novelties. Nevertheless, it's up to a player what the aim of the game is and for what they are coming into the game: all the game Modes are free, the majority of the Events are free, the majority of the Content is available for in-game Resources. In these terms, I can't agree with your point of view, but of course, it's absolutely okay if you are taking MA in this way.
