Hello! The unbalanced Matchmaking is a result of the game's flexible balance. Although our team is trying to somehow ultimate many aspects causing major deviations, you can still have a team consisting of any Mech, any Weapon, any Mod, any Implant, any Pilot, any Rank, and any Grade, and stuff. Along this flexibility, the geo, online, performance, and many other aspects are considered as well. 

Thus, it's barely impossible to find a perfect match for each player, but still, we are working hard to improve the system and make it more friendly for the majority.

If the matchmaking had more time to do it's job then we wouldn't have this problem but as they OP says, this is something Mech Arena/Plarium, using matchmaking and non human bots that tries to manipulate players into spending money. 5 to 20 seconds isn't enough time for "the geo, online, performance, and many other aspects are considered as well" all these aspects only getting a few seconds to there job isn't working well for the players, it's working well for the development team though and that's obvious by nothing ever being done for matchmaking improvements for the players. I understand you can't please everyone, especially if you only try to please yourselves. Either the team is incapable of improving it or they just refuse to due to stubborn greediness. 

I understand what you are saying. There is no such thing as a perfect match. The matchmaking in tournaments is completely unbalanced. Myself and many players say the same thing: fighting squads with 2 to 3 times our squad power, mechs with 3 times our HP, and 5 times our firepower. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it should be reasonable, and unfortunately, it's not even close. I understand that developing an algorithm that can take many factors into account is a complex task. However, many other developers have successfully accomplished this.
