Rework Seeker and Nomad
SEEKER - Reduce it's ability range to 50m at leats and add a delay between when it teleports and when it can attack, also when it warps back to its starting location give it a weak temporary shield. this will make it generaly weaker but will also force players to actualy think when using it.
NOMAD - I think the Nomad should be overhauled so that the dash can be triggered twice, and will give the Damage reduction, But ONLY when the dash DOES NOT hit an enemy mech. this will make the Nomad good at closing distance, and running away, and will also force players to think when using it instead of just charging in.
