Nope! Just get better and/or use mechs to counter Surge. Eclipse, Bastion, Zephyr, Seeker, Nomad or anything with a long range weapon can be a counter to Surge.

Just counter-surge (as in use a surge against surge)

Or a Hemlock will do, basically any EMP mech.

Or just get rails lol

Just get a Guardian, System Crash counters Surge, he is also easy to get, and Guardian is just hot.

Wait until you meet Seeker.  Or Nomad.

This time today killed 5 times in a single match by a single Surge....😫 

The Surge finished 4 of my best mechs (All legendaries) in a single round. 

And ends up leaving with 22 kills. Also that Surge didn't need any team mate finishing me. 

Again his I hope this isn't Plarium's idea how fun should looks like.

I just got Surge myself, and its super fun. But prior to that I had no trouble killing Surge. Yes, they can be a pain, but its all about timing. Sneak up on them, or wait for them to attack someone else and then nail them. They are pretty vulnerable after the storm dash. 

Personally Zephyr is far more of a pain in my butt than Surge because their stun has a 30m range that goes verticle too. Everyone and their mother has Zephryr so I'm getting stunned 5x per match. And bot Zephyr has a 6th sense LOL, They stun me even when I sneak up on them from behind with Nomad. 

Maybe you are just bad at fighting Surge?

I never really struggled against Surge, Guardian counters his dash and EM Rifle allows you to shoot  Surge from long ranges.

Yeah hate the Surge. Maybe Surge should have a longer recharge time. Kinda invincible. My mechs are mostly ranked up and scored no wins against mighty Surge. 

Bud, Zephyr is least problem with me. Just stay out their stun zone. Usually if they can't finish you after stunning. They are pretty much a dead piece of metal. Conditionally that you have a full ammo.

The most kills that can be gotten in 2vs2 without tied rounds is 20...

And if there were tied rounds, then he didn't really dominate

I myself can never seem to fight nomad effectively

In tournament of 5v5. One Surge did 22

Oh ya he has other mechs too. But that Surge did me 5 times over. Absolute pest...

Now I have other mech to deal with the Surge problem...

And ya something to do with the EMP I guess.

I'd say it's equally spilt between Nomad, surge and eclipse, though especially dash mechs.

They are literally the best mechs in the game after all

when my Onyx dies I just use bastion and guess what I never died to a surge using bastion because raking into his shield is just suicide like literally.

( if you can get bastion of course )

It's dash does less damage, making you use close quarters weapons! So they need to use stuff like Fragment Gun, Arc Torrent, etc.

No way bro surges are legendary for a reason

Uh huh man no offense but look at bricky. He may have good health but he's slow and can't utilize his SUPPORTIVE ability because of that. Surge is op cause he has EVERYTHING YOU NEED. It is braindead to play.

Yes I agree nerf surge. Listen to the players who want to help make the game better and fun. Don't always listen to the players who will line the POCKETS FILLED WITH COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF MONEY. KEEP MAKING PEOPLE PAY AND EVEN P2W WILL DROP THIS GAME.

Especially old players like me. We've been here long enough to know how to improve the game. We want to help make this game with an amazing concept grow into a outstanding platform but we CAN'T IF YOU KEEP FOCUSING ON THOSE OVERFLOWING POCKETS.
