Hemlock ability is too long and cooldown is too short
It ability is an advanced version of zephr and surge but 10.5 sec of ability of daze and Emp and only 10sec cooldown with implants it only 7sec .. we know it's a legendary robot but it's disturbing the game balance .. it needs an immediate nerf like zephyr and surge .. the ability should last long than 4sec max ... doing nothing for like 10seconds is a absolutely ridiculous.. and no counter for that ability because the range is all Over the map .. max it should be more than 30mts like zephyr because of Emp.
