The funny part is, even as every one of your team AI will only spawn in the spawn zone, furthest from any battle, the enemy AI will magically spawn on control points that you are standing on to take.
The other day I was in a match and as I was taking the center point with three of my AI, none of which would even step on the control point to help so I was in between them, all three suddenly self destructed. Had I not been in the middle of the three, I might of concluded they were hit by mortars, but in this case, I took no damage. Just three of my AI self destructing to benefit the enemy team approaching my spot. The AI use in this game has always been as a paywall (I have a writing from two years ago outlining the exact issues we are still experiencing now), it's just gotten to a point where Plarium literally doesn't care how obvious it is. Maybe partly because p2w players don't care what they play against as long as they win (they sure as hell don't pay to lose), maybe partly because Plarium thinks the playerbase is stupid and won't notice (they are far more accostomed to gamblers that understand by the sheer nature of chance, they will mostly lose - and unless they track their odds, they won't have a clue the chances have been skewed against them: see Raid Shadow Legends loot box scandal).
This really seems like their first foray into live PvP gaming, which they are failing miserably. They aren't use to PvP gamers, whom are observant, learn the nuances of the gear and opposition, and damn well don't want to compete in a contest that the system decides the winner rather than their skills and strategy.
