We are constantly experimenting with the Activities and Awards, and you definitely know this by playing our game for several years. If something has decreased means that something will be enlarged in the future, so stay tuned! A lot of novelties are on the way, so I do hope Mech Arena will become even more exciting for you 👍

Yup I know yu're constnly changing and I'm currently unhappy with the latest changes. My perception is that the awards are pushed in a direction where there are: 

- Less A coins for certain amount of work like in Double Duels, Specialization Sprees, Pilot Prizefight, Development derbies

- More competition style of events (playoffs and tournaments) with A-coin awards

So basically like you've said - something is enlarged, but these competition style events are hard to win! There are many players which are competitive and have enough time to play. I am not one of them. I'm here for fun and loosing competitions is not fun! 

If I want to be competitive in something that will be in the real life or Esports game where competing can earn real $$$. 

I'm stuck on playing several months with the same mechs and weapons because I can't earn enough and afford to buy the next. There is just no pleasure of keep on doing this.

Why doesn't the increase to the other rewards come at the same time? Besides, that's a lie. I played mech arena long enough to witness several reductions in the availability of a-coins with not a single corresponding increase anywhere at all, and I'm sure plenty of other players can testify the same.

And the one time there had been an increase after a decrease was with the removal of vault blitz, where with the replacement playoff you could possibly get more a-coins, if you got top 2, and the same amount if top 3. But most people got nothing. So it's like maladan said, a reduction in wide availability and an increase but only for the most competitive players.

Mech Arena does not get more exciting with regards to earnable resources, only more frustrating. Veterans know well enough. I can't imagine what it is mech arena has in store that would excite someone complaining about less available resources because it never has anything like that. It's all just BS.

It's just become a plea at this point. "P-please don't leave. Please withold any negative feelings you have about the game. We're making it better, we promise. We can't tell you when or how, and we won't give you a-coins without making you compete more, but it'll be better."

Then when the "increase somewhere else happens" and it's nowhere near as easy to get the a-coins as before and people are still dissatisfied you'll say "sorry, sometimes screwing the players is necessary to keep developing the game how we want". And the way you want to develop the MA is so it screws players more.

This is getting tiring. Nobody has fun playing the game of "let's wait and see what plarium doesn't give me in place of the a-coins they took". And we don't want to hear i's going to get better when it won't.

Not having variety is boring. I agree as above and I'm using the same mechs with an occasional achievement build. This is directly affecting the passion to play, exponentially increasing the chance I'll quit and stop spending. 

I think this is something the entire Mech Arena community is behind. There needs to be better and more consistent ways to earn acoins, instead of losing those opportunities. The inequity of rewards in many of the new challenges doesn't make sense either. 1st thru 3rd places gets a fair amount of coins, implants, etc., 4th thru 20th might get a couple gold crates. That needs better rewards and distribution, especially if it's something that takes a week to complete and an absurd amount of accomplishments. 

Speaking of the devil:

1. Another day -> another "tempting" award for the hard work. 

You would say that this actually is a additional award for winning 10 battles.  Yes but this award will not make me play 13-14 battles today (because I don't have a 100% win rate). The result is not worth the effort. I have played this game long enough to see what is going on. Lately you are trying to throw crumbs at F2P players expecting us to buy stuff with $$$.

2. Adding Tier IX

As I was complaining about needing another 10 months to be able to unlock Tier VIII you have introduced the next tier. Maybe I will be able to unlock it for my retirement party...

I'll go one further, the only events I've seen that offer A-Coins (other than a playoff that offers it ONLY for the top 3) are events where you have to have a weapon or mech that is only available for purchase with real money or one where you have to spend way more a-coins (on rank upgrades) than you are getting.

These are, in no way, a valid replacement.  For anyone like me who is free to play, you're just making it take longer and longer for me to get to "end game".

And now with this Tier 9 being added, well, I may never get there.  I'll save those comments for one of those threads.

Hello guys! All your feedback is seen and will be considered. As for now, I'd like to empathize that more updates are yet to come, and besides obvious new Mechs, Pilots, and Weapons, that won't be available for in-game Resources instantly, we are working on the new Modes, Maps, and stuff. The plans are great and I do hope that these feature updates will make you more excited!

Umm...  That's all great stuff, but you didn't address the reduction of A-Coin availability without any sign of a viable replacement for more than just 3-4 highly competative individuals.  New things that we can't get without A-Coins is great and all, but if we can't get more A-Coins, you can add all the new gadgets and whiz-poppers you want, it still won't address the issue of fewer and fewer sources of A-Coins.

Please, give us some positive info on this front.  Over the last year, as sources of A-Coins were taken away, we were all told to be patient, that new sources of A-Coins to replace those lost would be coming.  We've waited.  We need some info.

So far it is "all your feedback is heard and will be considered". I suppose that means all. I don't know what that entails. If that means there will be an increase in general availability to compensate for the lack of vault blitz or specialization and 2v2 event a-coins or just one or two or all or maybe not quite 2 or all or whatever Usually it means nothing.

You want positive info? Plarium's specialists aren't having Drew suggest we spend to compensate for the reduced availability. But since that happened twice I still have little hope for MA. More positive info, they aren't saying "sometimes changes like this are necessary". But I don't doubt they will always stand by that without ever explaining why it is necessary:

not only you is it a mater of acoins being reduced, but you choked all means of dropping blueprints for weapons and mechs. and you are making it way too obvious 

first maxed gear shouldnt keep getting blueprints, same for unlocked mechs

I don't know if it's related with this topic but this week we get what I was asking for

1. Tiеr VII weapon which can be bought with credits

2. A-coins for the Double Duel

3. A-coins for the pilot prizefight

4. A-coins for the specialization spree (although it was for the newest mech)
