We are aware that the pop-ups annoy many users, and we are looking for ways to optimize this process. Still, the majority of Offers are unique and generated especially for your account according to your game experience. That's the reason why they are enticing players in such a way - to draw the maximum of their attention and not be skipped.

Currently, our team is actively working on the improvements for the Matchmaking system. It's known that sometimes it may perform not that correctly, that's why we've decided to make these mechanics more upgraded. Still, the process is comprehensive and thus, complicated. It takes time, but the work is already in progress.

Wow.  Here's a player that joined the community last December, just like me and several others I've noticed on these forums.  And here they are, making their first post on the forums to tell us they are quitting.  Its not some profanity laced rant complaining that they can't be the mega powered chump who just cake-walks through everything, but a thought out and caring post.

This tells me a couple of things.  This is a gamer who cares about this game.  They're not some rage monkey trying to get their jollies by ticking people off.  They made a post to explain why they are frustrated and leaving.  They didn't attack the admin or add tons of profanity.  I know its hard to read tone in an post, but all I get from this is frustration and sadness with a slight hope that someone saying something will begin a change - even if they themselves will not benefit from it.

I'm not posting this to judge the admins or other users.  I'm just posting my thoughts on what Ghamstein said.  I don't think this is the kind of player we want to lose.  This is a loss, in the truest sense.
