I just surge stunned a bot brick house and it did absolutely nothing.. it had the EMP timer above its head but yet the bot kept walking around and firing it's weapons even though it was clearly hit by EMP.. this has been happening more and more with me.. I stun a bot and it still keeps moving around with zero effects on it.. but I can get stunned by a cheetah.. literally got emp'd by a cheetah in 2v2 with no zephyr even on the map.. also been put in redox stasis by a cheetah also.. theres so many neat new bugs for us too enjoy https://vlc.onl/.
