Free to play player here.   Saved up my golden tickets for an event where it would matter.  In two days I've used 34 so far.  Still can't get 5 in a row.  This is the dumbest, most random achievement I've seen.  Its impossible.  I've landed in the top 3 more times in a row than I have managed to get kill leader!  Do NOT do this one again, please.  I'm off to get some meds to calm my nerves.  Then I'm going to go buy a new keyboard because I've broken mine out of frustration and hate for this game.

I will not be doing any of these resource burning traps of events ever again. I burned 3x or more resources than I got back and still wasn't able to get Case. This game is nothing more than a scam! I along with everyone else really miss when the developers had love for the game instead of this abusive greed for our money. It's truly sickening watching you developers use the game to use it's community for their money. You don't deserve what you have!

The Event was complicated, but still, the Roulette was random with a setup percentage of getting an item (no hidden details, the percentages were available at the top of the Roulette tab ⓘ )

True.  The percentage chance of getting Case on the first roll, having spent 0 tokens - 0.04%

this is an anomaly that I have always found ... it is real .. I have been playing for 1 year. and it has always been seen .. and all rigged .. a shame for the developers and for the company that treats you like guinea pigs, poles to be plucked
