Response Delay

I've been noticing a growing problem lately.  There appears to be a lag in what I see on my screen and what the game thinks is happening.  For example, I'll clearly get a shot off before being hit by an incoming missile, but I die and my opponent doesn't get hurt even though I see him dead center in front of me.  That's the easiest example, but I think this problem is also accounting for some other issues I'm seeing such as getting hit by something AFTER I've moved behind cover.  And then there's the massive problem with bots getting lock-on in less time than I've ever dreamed of it.  I mean, when you make one step out of cover and not only are you locked onto but then hit too.  That's too fast.  

However, I also noticed a new one just now.  Somehow I was locked onto by someone from 170+ meters.  I can't think of any weapon that requires lockon that would possibly allow such a range.

The game seems to have a number of bugs that are creeping into it lately.  As a developer, I know its tough, but please try to take care and keep these from continuely reappearing.

same issue here, I saw a surge with Shotgun he was litteraly shooting at the opposite direction away from me, but I was taking damage instead, when the kill screen showed up for the other player, it showed that he was actually aiming at me.

Mortars, dont appear in the sky but hits you right on the head

missile rack cant be evaded proprely

sniping is affected as well

mechs are teleporting all the time etc

This happens to me a lot as well usually while using surge.
