So the devs are currently test the gear hub with a group of players. If we're gonna consider players with the old system A group and new system the B group, has anyone with an account that isn't new been put in the B group? How about the last test they did with in game ads? Were there any already existing accounts in that B group?

Not at all. Our developers need some calculations and analyses to keep developing the feature. Nevertheless, the feature is deeply connected with the majority of game mechanics and requires a special approach, so it can't be quickly released for all the accounts without previous testing. In this way, the developers picked a limited number of players that feature well to receive the details they need to keep on working.

That doesn't explain why only new players are given the trial of the gear hub, it just tells me what I already know. Why can't some current players be included in the test group maybe selected by a computer at random? Is that too hard?
