I am super in favor of balancing mechs and weapons in the game, so that there is equality between players, making all weapons possible to be used. But the game is far, far from this situation, we are facing bots with artificial intelligence that recognizes all player movements, an unequal dispute similar to those used by cheaters and hackers. The majority of opponents are nothing but bots with 100% accuracy, high HP, maximized equipment, pilots and implants, with extremely strong builds. Any movement in order to kill one of the opponents within the match, we are easily surprised by "Preemptive Fire" with high accuracy rate. On the other side, the bots on our team can empity a full magazine and miss entirely. That doesn't seem balanced, or at least there is no such balance for better gameplay as the Plarium team and support are defending so much.  Taking defining traits out of weapons, and ripping damage away, as with the EM Rifle, is not the answer, as it looks like you just want to force us to buy new unbalanced weapons that will be nerfed in the future. We need, in addition to balance in matches, a better pairing of keys in tournaments, novice players are competing with veterans, making disputes and farm of resources, which are so scarce, unfair. 

The global ranking as it is today does not have a purpose, those who spend countless hours in front of the game manage to climb a top ranking, which defines absolutely nothing, does not demonstrate the path that the meta is following and much less how skillful the top places are. It just tells us how much free time those players have. It is necessary to create a system of levels within the tournaments, where the players in best positions face each other.

These issues are taking away the chances to dispute and obtain resources from casual players and the ones with less financial resources. As an example, the last DERBY EVENT, where only the P2W players were able to finish. What was unnecessary since they had already obtained both the weapon and the mech (Eclypse).

You need to listen to the voice of the community, we want to have a say in updates and the direction our favorite game is going, it seems that decisions are made unilaterally and we are just forced to accept and spend more and more to stay minimally competitive.
