zephyr's ability cooldown
So you're telling me zephyr has a 8 second ability cooldown by default???? the duration is 3 which is almost half of the cooldown, and the shock radius is 30 meters, all in a support mech, Not to mention you can add implants that reduce that cooldown. I think zephyr should get a cooldown nerf to like 10 or 12 seconds. Buff the HP, speed and energy capacity all you want, just please don't make zephyr into an attacker mech, it's in support for gods sake.
