it Can't be just me

is this just a glitch or something?

So for a while now I have noticed some glitches or something weird while playing in the game.

So for starters, I would be behind a wall or somewhere I can't be shot, and then all of a sudden a mech that DOESNT have javelin racks or weapons like that, is like 13m away from me and shoots me through a wall and I die or take great amount of damage.

Another thing for me is control points. Whenever I capture control points that have never been captured or I'm neutralizing one, someone out of no where by the time it's mine or not theirs so they shouldn't be able to spawn on it, somehow spawn in it when I leave.

Also I'm thinking maybe for spawn camping there should be a "shield" around the og spawn so if you have no control points, they can't grind you because it's kinda annoyin.
