Hi! The new update brought a new Matchmaking system that picks players with approximately the same Hangar power. However, it's still under development and requires some time to calibrate better. By playing more you help the Matchmaking to perform more correctly!

Basically be more cautious. Practice corner shooting more. Don't spawn at contested beacons, only creep up from safe spawns to ambush the enemy with minimal exposure. Disc Launchers are a good counter since you can use them from behind cover. Pay very careful attention to the map and try to aim them behind your target as much as possible for double damage. While Rocket Mortars are still bugged, more folks are using them as a counter as well. Panther will be one of your most valuable mechs as it has the invincible fence. Be careful choosing when to deploy it. Surge with its freeze is also a critical mech but you only have 3 seconds so charge carefully and make sure to get behind the mech to kill it quick. Don't dash directly at a mech since many can vaporize you before you freeze them. Either hit them from the back/side or target a piece of the map near them to freeze them from behind cover.

kill anything in less than a sec with minigun and railun and graviton

something as simple as a random blast from nearby bastion or a random blast from redox can take more than half health
