With the current changes, Tengu needs to be turned into 24 energy to keep up with the rebalancing. It is ok in midgame but in endgame, it has gone weaker. Sg8 is much weaker than it was and tengu now is exposed to dmg. It can effectively go behind enemies but it does inefficient dmg and can be killed easily before it kills anything due to dmg limitations. 

Being able to equip 12 energy weapons gives it a chance to response against the popular endgame weapons such as EM, RG, AT, and mortars. It has also gone weak against bots since they do more dmg.
