I have been playing the game for about 2 months, I regularly buy a pass, I spent about 35 dollars during this time.

A week ago, I saw that more than 2200 parts had accumulated on my missing Panther robot (they fell out of pass boxes, tournaments, etc.). I bought it for A-coins with the expectation that I will slowly pump it over and at one moment I will take it into service.

After 2 days without prior notice, the game is updated and Panther has already been made epic. Only now it remained with me at the basic level, and almost all the drawings were taken away, they gave only 50 pieces.

I write to technical support - they answer that since the robot has become epic, then the parts are epic, so they kind of exchanged drawings at the rate of 1 to 8 (only the real rate was 1 to 45).

And what the hell, I'm sorry, is going on?

I explain point by point:

1. For 2250 parts, you can easily pump the robot into two stars at once (or maybe more). For 50 parts, you can’t pump it even for one.

2. If I spent these parts before the update, I would have left the robot pumped up to the number of parts that I had. Thus, by depriving me of this upgrade opportunity, the developers created a man-made imbalance between me and other players of my level and division.

3. Most of these parts fell out of bonuses for which I paid real money from a real card. The developers just stole from me what I paid for.

4. I bought the robot for A-coins, which were also a bonus for the money paid. Unimproved, I DO NOT NEED this robot, since all the other robots in the hangar are of a high level, and it makes no sense to take a weak robot into battle. It turns out that the developers put me in a situation in which in order to use what I have already paid for, I need to pay again.

5. I asked technical support to look into the situation and either return the drawings to me in full, or return the money paid to the card. As a result, technical support simply stopped responding to my messages.

Dear administrators, I urge you to look into the situation. You had a loyal player who regularly paid money into the game and enjoyed the game. With some petty theft and ignorance, you can now turn this player into someone who, out of resentment, will not only no longer pay, but will write to all threads on the Internet and do everything so that you and others stop paying!

I enjoyed playing the game, I logged in and (for now) I log into it daily, I don’t miss a single pass, but if the situation remains as it is now, I will no longer play what deceives me, steals and ignores me.
