Two suggestions I have heard people suggested it could be, is ether the ability to ignore all shields https://1921681254.mx/ https://100001.onl/, or to burn through multiple enemies, maybe even cover & terrain.

If it does ether of the above, it might need to be made to not be affected by targets weakend from burned armor? Maybe no crits?
