You have to connect your account on your phone, and the. Reconnect your account on the account you want to download. So the uploding device and downloading device needs linking.
if you didnt do it twice, you didnt do it enough. Oh, and that means twice with the divice that has your account while your account is loaded With the upload.

Same here. Got 200k XP on Android and wanted to play on Mac. All I could do was creating a new Plarium ID. I can sync them (the new one) on Mac and Android, but I want the old one.
