Just wondering if anyone knows for sure.  One Stasis Beam 8 has a Stasis Effect Speed of 5 seconds before it slows an enemy mech down.  Does having two make them start to slow faster, say like 2.5 seconds?

If this is true, then other beam weapons probably work in the same way, like Overheat.
