My main account(Imortals) got banned by the faulty spam tool and they have been ignoring everything I send, I guess I'm their target now. 

I made a post asking what was said when a mod quoted me in a post that they deleted right away. So this account doesn't get banned I guess to say the topic of that post I have to drop down letters to say it. It was the TQ dropping problem and why we can't talk about it when it's not a bannable offense. I opened a ticket and there has been no reply to it in over a week now. I said my account here was banned, so what did they send back to me right away? How to reclaim my game account. I have sent more under the ticket saying it's the forums, but they want me gone I guess, they don't like when we try to suggest things to help out the game.

It did let me message a mod in the game under my main account and it showed that it went thru, but not even a peep from them. Unless the forums are so broken that even when it shows a message was sent, it wasn't. So I have no idea what is going on with this game now.
