Both my friend got the compensation while we alway play together but im not getting it, even though i try to find out is it my internet issue or game sever.ut just until im log in my friend account to watch ad for him on mobile and the mail just in there,i immediately check my account and yeah there no mail ;/.

tks for the support but i think most ppl dont get it and the emotional reward from getting replies worth more than that.
Around the time you first posted there was a compensation for people who were above certain tournament ranks but didn't get the rewards as listed in the corresponding playoff event. That could be what this was about.
