Someone called asking for help, said they were on the way and then stopped answering. We tried calling back, but there were nothing. Later it turned out everything was fine, but at the time we were just sitting there guessing what was going on and if we should even worry or not. Would’ve been a lot easier to know where the phone actually was instead of just waiting.
