Put in a ticket ( Menu / Ask a question ) sooner rather than later, while you still remember some details. Knowing the time you did it will help them narrow their search to help you faster.

If your # of Ducats didn't change, it didn't take. (Try again.) If it did, it did.

i.e. If you're now below 1M Ducats, definitely a problem you'll want to report.

worked for me but the gold purchase in the new season locks the game

The new seasons huge chest of gold for 200k dukats isnt working.

Error message "ItemNotImplemented" shows up and after restart game there is no dukats or gold...

Ducats are obtained by trading in Prime blueprints, smash karts   weapon parts, or crafted Warframe components at Void Trader Kiosks located in Relays (except Maroo’s Bazaar). These kiosks are accessible at any time, not just when Baro is present. 

i didnt get any of my gold from my ducats

hi i got the ducats chests but did not get the gold for the ducats . i still have one chest in inventory.
