How do I change my userpic to a customized one when playing from a phone? I can easily change it to a customized one when playing from a browser, but cannot find a way to do so from my phone.

Yeah, avatar swaps on mobile are a pain. Works great on browser but glitches out on phone. I finally nailed a steady selfie for mine using the iPhone timer. I personally followed https://skylum.com/blog/how-to-take-a-timed-photo-on-iphone to ditch shaky shots and it uploaded sharp. Hope they patch it soon!
