A few things you can try:
- Make sure your PayPal is fully verified and has a linked card or balance available
- Try logging out and back into your PayPal during the purchase
- Clear cache or try a different browser/device (or in-game vs web payment)
- Check if your account region or IP (VPN, etc.) might be causing a mismatch
Also, Plarium sometimes changes or restricts payment methods temporarily depending on region or security checks, which can block previously working accounts.
If support isn’t replying, try opening a new ticket under “payment issue” and include screenshots sports games those usually get prioritized faster.
