Castle Gear question

Why don't I ever see warriors using "castle" runes, like Warlord or Battlemaster, in their Castle gear or Anne rune setup?

And, if I may, what is the best gems/rune setup for castle gear since this has become such an important aspect of play in this game now?

Thanks for the suggestions/comments!

Deja vu ... this is actually being actively discussed right now at Plarium's KaW Discord server - https://discord.gg/rdyfTBT

Great for sharing and exploring new tasks together. Research and build skills together to tap into spatial logic block blast io skills as you arrange new geometric shapes.

Warriors skip “castle” runes like Warlord/Battlemaster since they favor utility over raw damage. Better to use Berserker/Juggernaut with gems for crit, HP, and attack.

I think most skip castle runes because they’re too situational - universal stats give more value overall. A hybrid setup might work though: mix a couple Slither io castle runes with health/defense gems to make your castle tougher while still keeping balanced power.

Good question! For castle gear, most players focus on health, defense, and march boosts rather than narrow attack bonuses. A balanced setup usually works best for overall protection.

Good question — I’ve wondered the same thing! It seems like a lot of players skip “castle” runes because they focus more on DPS or mobility builds, but those Warlord and Battlemaster runes can actually give some underrated buffs if you combine them right. As for gem setups, balance between offense and sustain usually works best depending on your role. I was reading a thread on Jenny Mod the othe r day about optimizing gear builds, and they had some neat insights that might help fine-tune your setup too.
