Food booster slows the system down ...

Using the 25% food booster will slow down the game dramatically on iMac (any new OS, Safari & Firefox) after a while.

Restart is necessary in this case.

Please specify what game do you play because Stormfall: Rise of Balur is a mobile game and isn't compatible with Firefox?
