i've created a new Account. I wanted the new Account near my first other account. But Plarium set my new Account on another server!! Thats terrible, i don't want to play on 2 servers! How can i change my account to the other server? Thanks
Your new account will be on Server one. You need to choose another server for the new account.
wow, what a great answer! I am programmer since 40 years. Every day, I transfer millions of data points from one server to another. Plarium treats its customers like stupid little children! This arrogance annoys me greatly and makes me furious. I play using the PlariumPlay app on my PC, and—when creating a new account—I simply cannot log out and select the desired server. This arrogance—the attitude that "we don't fix bugs in the software"—demonstrates just how little Plarium cares about its customers. I have had enough of this, and I am giving up all my accounts. I will not play with Plarium again!

I'm sorry to hear you're upset, but we need more details. Did you create a new Plarium Play account? Did you try using the option to change servers? Do you happen to have any screenshots? 🙏🏻

1. Screenshot: There is no profile to select via the quick travel option in the bottom right.
2. Screenshot: I found "Profiel" at hero overview. At the very bottom of the hero overview, there is a "Select Server" button. However, there is no option to log out of the account.
3. Screenshot: In the overview of all servers, I can see the two servers where I already have accounts. However, even here, I cannot log out of an account.

iFurthermore—even when I am on the very server where I intend to register the new account—I am unable to select it. It remains a matter of chance where my new account is created. That is the problem!

there isn't a disconect button , that castle on server 2 will remain there even if you will not play anymore there on server 2.
You just need to go on server 1 and click

Hi Mic, I am friendly as long as I know that I—and my issues—are being taken seriously. However, judging by your response, I gather that you haven't understood my problem at all. The issue is that I play with Account 1 on Server 1 and want to create a second account—Account 2—also on Server 1. But since I am unable to select Server 1 when creating Account 2 (I play using the PlariumPlay app on PC), PlariumPlay creates Account 2 on some random server rather than on Server 1, which is the one I want. It works fine on PlariumPlay on my tablet; however, I play on my PC because I find a large monitor more suitable for gaming.

I missed that account n.1 and account n.2 , sorry , yes that is not possible .
As for what you say about transfering the game from a server to another server , i know that is not technically possible since was already asked many times before ,but..if you have a solution to that (since you said that you are an experienced programmer for 40 years ) you can suggest it in an email to the plarium at the below email adress :
